11 different ways to make your nutrimeal taste delicious!

As we come close to the end of Season 8. I wanted to highlight how our 28members participants in Season 8 prepare their food. So I put it out there by reaching out there on social media and to our Season 8 28DTC family.

The result was amazing, I collected a total of 11 unique recipes and flavors in under 2 days. That’s amazing!

 

Here are the different themes I found when I looked through the ingredients:

  • Tropical and fruits only (delicious, and great for hot weather)
  • Superfood  (packed with nutrition and taste)
  • Dairy milk based (recipes that include a form of milk e.g. almond, soy, dairy milk)
  • Fruits & veggies mix (pack lots of delicious flavor in a cup)

 

Each section of this blog is divided into the different recipes that go under this category.

 

The requirement for all the recipes below:
– blender (any blender can do)

 

Fruits & Veggies Mix

  1. Vanilla Nutrimeal with avocado and protein

instruction:

  • add a Vanilla Nutrimeal Sachet
  • add half an avocado
  • add a tablespoon of Soyamax (or whey protein or Mysmartshake)
  • blend them all together in the blender for 1 ~ 2 minutes until its all mixed

 

Dairy Based Mix:

  1. Chai latte anybody? This recipe taste is very similar to a chai latte by using Nutrimeal with cinnamon and honey.

Ingredient list:

  • milk –  100ml (if you prefer soya milk, add soya milk instead)
  • cinnamon powder – 1 teaspoon
  • honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Nutrimeal – 1 sachet (Vanilla Nutrimeal is recommended)
  • whey protein – 1 cup (if you prefer soy protein, add Soyamax instead)

Instruction:

  • add milk with water, depending on your taste (for thick 1:1 portion but skinny 1: 3 portion of milk to water)
  • add cinnamon powder and honey
  • add Nutrimeal and Whey Protein Powder into the blend, blend it all together for 1~2 minutes

 

        2. Mocha anybody? The taste is very similar to a Mocha by using Nutrimeal with cacao.

Ingredient list:

  • milk – 100ml (if you prefer soya milk, add soya milk instead)-
  • cacao powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Nutrimeal – 1 sachet (Vanilla Nutrimeal is recommended)
  • whey protein – 1 cup (if you prefer soy protein, add Soyamax instead)

Instructions:

  • Insert 100ml of milk with water (for thick 1:1 portion but skinny 1: 3 portion of milk to water)
  • Blend everything together with cacao powder, Nutrimeal and whey protein for 1 ~2 minutes.

 

      3. Nutrimeal Chocolate with Non-fat milk + Banana + honey + Chia Seeds + Fibergy

Ingredients:

  • Nutrimeal Chocolate – 1 sachet
  • Non-fat milk – 200 ml
  • Banana – 1 whole piece
  • honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Chia Seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Fibergy – 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  • Insert 20oml of milk with banana, honey, chia seeds, Fibergy and Nutrimeal chocolate. Then blend it for 1 ~2 minutes.

 

        4. Nutrimeal mixed with berries and fruits and spices

ingredient list :

  • frozen Blueberry and BlackBerry=20 grams each
  • 1 whole Banana
  • Cinnamon powder – 1 Pinch
  • Ginger powder -1/4 Teaspoon
  • Honey – 2/3 Teaspoon
  • Moringa Powder – 1 Spoon
  • Celery – 1 Stick
  • Milk – 50ml
  • Chia/Pumpkin/Sesame Seed-1/2 teaspoon (choose either Chia, Pumpkin or Sesame seed)
  • Green Apple-1 Small
  • Nutrimeal – 1 Sachet (any flavor you like to add, recommended Vanilla)

Instruction:

  • blend the following fruits (green apple, banana, blueberry and blackberry, celery, chia/pumpkin/sesame seed) with 150 ml of water blend until everything is mixed
  • add 50 ml of Milk and the rest of the ingredients into the blend and use the blender to blend them all together

 

Superfoods mix:

  1. Nutrimeal with a mix of superfoods like turmeric and ginger

Ingredient list:

  • Vanilla Nutrimeal – 1 Sachet
  • Tumeric powder – 1teaspoon
  • 5 walnuts
  • Pumpkin/sunflower seeds – 2teaspoon (choose only one)
  • Lecithin – 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger powder – 1 teaspoon

Instruction:

  • Insert 200 ml of waters with Nutrimeal, turmeric powder, lecithin,  ginger powder and pumpkin/sunflower seeds.
  • sprinkle the 5 walnuts on top
  • blend them all together for 1~2 minutes

 

         2. Nutrimeal with a mix of superfood like turmeric together with black sesame

Ingredient:

  • Vanilla Nutrimeal – 1 sachet
  • Black sesame – 2 tablespoon
  • Lecithin – 1 tablespoon
  • Tumeric powder – 1tablespoon

Instructions:

  • Insert 200 ml of water with Nutrimeal, black sesame, lecithin, and turmeric powder blend them together for 1 ~ 2 minutes

 

Tropical fruit based mix:

  1. Vanilla Nutrimeal with Pineapple and Coconut water

Ingredient:

  • Vanilla Nutrimeal – 1 Sachet
  • Pineapple 100 grams (estimate 1/4 pineapple, but you can add more if you like pineapple juice)
  • Coconut water 200 ml

Instruction:

  • Add coconut water 200ml with Vanilla Nutrimeal and Pineapple then blend them all together for 1 ~ 2 minutes

 

      2. Chocolate Nutrimeal with strawberries and banana, and flax/chia seed

Ingredient:

  • Chocolate Nutrimeal – 1 Sachet
  • Whole Strawberries 3~5
  • Banana – 1 whole piece
  • Flax/Chia seed – 1 tablespoon (choose only one)
  • Ice – 2 cubes (optional, for a smoothie texture)

Instruction:

  • Insert 200ml of water then add the 2 ice cube, FLax/Chia seed, Banana and Chocolate Nutrimeal then blend it for 1~2 minutes.

 

     3. Nutrimeal with  frozen mixed berries and banana

Ingredients:

  • 200 gram of mixed berries (any berries work here)
  • banana – 1 whole piece
  • Nutrimeal  – 1 Sachet (any flavor of Nutrimeal)

Instruction:

  • Insert 200ml of water together with 200 grams of mixed berries and 1 banana into the blender, blend them for 1~ 2 minutes.

 

     4. Vanilla Nutrimeal with shredded coconut and chia seed

Ingredients:

  • vanilla Nutrimeal – 1 Sachet
  •  shredded coconut – 1tablespoon
  • chia seed – 1 tablespoon

Instruction:

  • Insert 200ml of water and blend Vanilla Nutrimeal powder.
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut and chia seed of 1 tablespoon each on top
