It helps you burn more calories in less time, helps improve your speed and endurance and recent studies have shown it can actually reduce abdominal fat. The exercise routines will be tailored to your body, fitness level and the look you strive to achieve. Measurements, weigh in and new goal setting are done on a monthly and bi-weekly basis and you will have unlimited contact and support from our professional trainers at any time. A Virtual Transformation

Our 28DTC online system will give you a new workout program, nutrition counter, workout videos once per month with instructions on what to do each day of the week. A routine designed for you to do either in the gym or from the comfort of your own home. You will receive email access for questions and report weight and measurements for accountability. Every 4 weeks, your trainer will prepare a personalized program with fitness guidance on how to go forward the next month to be a better you. Where you can improve on and what you need to know to get yourself to your monthly goals.
