SHIPPING POLICY

Australia – Domestic

Fitness gear orders will ship out within 3-5 business days, Clothing orders will ship out within 20-28 days. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, livefitapparel.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Our Standard shipping charge is AU$9.00 ( up to 500 gram )

2-5 Business days for Express shipping is AU$13 ( up to 500 gram )

International

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with www.28dtc.com.au .  Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.

  • You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds for store credit only.
  • You will have 15 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service.
  • If a product you receive is damaged during shipment or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for our Australia customers to retrieve the item. If international, please contact us and we will let you know the next steps. As soon as we can see there’s an update on the tracking back to our facility we will send out a replacement.
  • If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 30 days ago, the item is no longer for available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
  • If the item was purchased at an event, expo or any other special event, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
