They will feel a bit of an anxiety, before a match/game, but they embrace the challenge and give everything they have to win the game, of course, there is a time where everyone feels unmotivated, however, they will still work. Because they understand, doing something they don’t want but need to do it give their growth and progress. If you still care about making progress, if you still want to be a better version of yourself. Then take ownership of your goal.
Just do it regardless how uncomfortable. Of course, you need to work hard, if that no hardship. Then it probably no growth. Ask yourself why and picture that outcome.
