INGREDIENTS

2 cups raspberries (frozen or fresh)

1 1/2 cup natural yoghurt

1 1/2 cup almond milk

1/4 cup chopped almonds

2 tablespoons rice malt syrup

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

METHOD

1. In a blender, pulse all ingredients together until
smooth, sparing a few raspberries and almonds
for the top.
2. Pour into smoothie cup, sprinkle reserved
raspberries and almonds on top and serve.
